What is hypersensitivity?

In psychology, a hypersensitive person is an individual whose sensitivity is higher than average, either temporarily or permanently.

For some people, this hypersensitivity can be experienced with difficulty or felt as "excessive" or even "incomprehensible" by their family and friends.

Being hypersensitive means reacting with more intensity to the same situation, which can have advantages or downsides.

For whom?

Do you have the feeling that you are hypersensitive, that your nerves are on edge, that you are over-responsive to a stimulus to which your family, friends and/or colleagues react in a "normal" way?

How?

There are many tools that can help manage hypersensitivity: cardiac coherence, positive thinking or valuing actions and decisions. Together we will find the ones that suit you best!
